The board at Heart of Midlothian has warned the club could go out of existence next week unless supporters help it meet an unpaid £450000 tax bill. Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs has issued a winding up order against the club. If an agreement can't be reached, Hearts could follow Rangers and go into administration - or liquidation. In other news; The Scottish Government is being urged to rethink its strategy on tackling criminal reoffending. The spending watchdog Audit Scotland has criticised inflexibility and poor leadership in the way services are provided to reduce reoffending. The Government says reconviction rates are at their lowest in more than a decade, but a third of offenders are reconvicted within a year. Meanwhile; A 30 year old man has appeared in court charged with murdering Paisley shopkeeper Javaid Ali. Lee Anderson faces charges of murder and theft in relation to the attack in June. Mr Ali suffered stab wounds during the incident at Sunshine Grocers and died in the Royal Alexandra Hospital two weeks later. Also in sport; To the vacant Scotland manager's position and Gordon Strachan says he'd be honoured to land the country's top job.
